• No hard drinks/liquor. Only beers with low (5.1% and below) alcohol content by volume (e.g. SMB Pale, San Mig Light, Coors, etc.) are allowed. Corkage is Php150/case.
  • An incidental or security deposit of P500.00 shall be collected from the guest(s) upon check-in, and shall be returned upon check-out (in full), given that the guest(s) did not incur any loss and/or damage during their stay in the resort.
  • Firearms/deadly weapons are not allowed.
  • The following are prohibited at the pool area:
    • -Eating, drinking, smoking
    • -Wearing denim shorts or pants
    • -Running, pushing, shoving and /or diving
    • -For men, wearing shirt or sando
  • Children 10 years old and below are prohibited from entering and using the swimming pools without adult supervision.
  • Individuals with sensitive or defects in the skin, eyes, ears and/or nose are prohibited from using the swimming pools.
  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol are prohibited from entering and using swimming pools.
  • Swimming is allowed until 12midnight only. Lifeguards are off duty at 12midnight-8a.m.
  • Loud music is not allowed from 12midnight up to 8 am.
  • Please pay attention to all of your personal belongings and secure them at all times. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
  • Please lock your vehicle/s. The management is not responsible for any loss/damage to your vehicle/s, and/or the loss of your vehicle/s.
  • The management reserves the right to evict any guest/s should we find them engaging in fights, or generally disrupting the peace and order at the resort.
  • Accounts shall be settled upon entry/check-in.
  • Reservation fees are non-refundable.
  • Standard check-in starts at 2:00 pm.
  • Standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Guest shall inform housekeeping or front office personnel for check-out when they are ready to vacate the villa/kubo. Housekeeping personnel will check the villa/kubo and will sign the clearance slip. Guest/s shall proceed to the front of the office to return the key.
  • Late check-out depends on the availability of the room/villa, and guest shall inform the front office. There will be a corresponding extension fee/charge.
  • Reserved villa/kubo will be held until 4 pm only unless guaranteed payment is pre-arranged.
  • Water in the villa/kubo is not potable.
  • Losses/damages in villa/kubo shall be automatically charged to the guest’s account.
  • Additional guest supplies can be requested to the housekeeping personnel or at the front office and shall be of a minimal charge.
  • Hanging of wet clothes and towels outside one’s villa is prohibited.
  • Pets are NOT allowed inside the resort.
  • LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) tanks are NOT ALLOWED inside the resort.
  • There is an additional charge of P600 for the use of videoke machine, which will be closed at 12 midnight and will be opened at 8 am (Videoke machines are not available in open cottages).
